· Up to now, it supports 82 manufacturers and 4,489 programmable devices.Authorization is required for chip programming.The difference between IS416N and IS416 lies in that the N series features an optimized signal circuit. Units shipped from August 2023 onwards are the N version.

SUPERPRO/IS416N is a new member of the SUPERPRO/IS series of ISP in-system programmers/burners/writers, with the following key features:

· Supports in-board ISP programming for nearly all serial and parallel protocol chips.

· Enables simultaneous programming of up to 16 serial devices.

· Supports ISP simultaneous programming of up to 4 parallel devices (eMMC, NAND, NOR FLASH, etc.).

· Allows sequential programming of multiple chips with different models and types.

· Supports coordinated operation of multiple programmers, helping balance cost and efficiency for complex and large-scale PCBA panel projects.

· Equipped with USB 2.0, LAN, and SD interfaces; supports three working modes: USB online, network online, and standalone.

· Delivers extremely high programming speed, with selectable high/medium/low speed based on the operating environment.

· Industrial-grade reliability and stability.

· Provides API/Command-Line Commands (DOS batch processing) under an authorization agreement, enabling secondary development. It is an ideal choice for integrating ISP functionality into ICT, FCT, ATE, and test fixtures.

Basic Performance

An industrial-grade high-speed ISP mass production programmer, ideal for ISP system integration.

· Supports simultaneous ISP programming of up to 16 serial chips, covering nearly all serial protocol interface chips, including (but not limited to) I2C, SPI, UART, BDM, JTAG, CAN, RS232, and Lin.

· Enables simultaneous ISP programming of up to 4 parallel chips such as NAND, NOR, and eMMC.

· Allows sequential ISP programming of multiple chips with different models and types on a single circuit board.

· Programmable speed adjustment to adapt to variations in target board load and ISP cable length.

· Three operating modes:

1. Online Mode: Communicates with a local PC via a high-speed USB 2.0 port for online control.

2. Standalone Mode: Equipped with a built-in keyboard, LCD display, and removable storage (standard SD card), enabling independent operation with easy expansion—ideal for high-volume factory production. Project files (limited only by SD card capacity) are created online and downloaded to the SD card.

3. Network Mode: Connects to a local area network for local or remote control.

· The advanced 9th-generation pin driver technology delivers cleaner signals, a wider voltage range, and more precise, higher-frequency clocks. Combined with a precision timing generator compliant with original manufacturer specifications, it directly supports devices with Vcc from 1.2V to 5V across various processes, achieving higher speed and yield.

· Chip safety protection mechanisms: Built-in precision voltage self-calibration ensures voltage remains within preset accuracy at all times; self-diagnosis function continuously checks for hardware faults to maintain optimal machine status.

· Comprehensive overvoltage/overcurrent and ESD protection to prevent programmer damage.

· Powerful DLL/API/Command-Line Commands support integration with Visual C, Visual Basic, LabVIEW, and other environments, facilitating seamless integration with ICT, FCT, ATE, and test fixture systems.

 

What is the purpose of the SUPERPRO/IS416N network interface?

The SUPERPRO/IS416N is equipped with a network interface, enabling centralized management by a single technician via a server. This replaces the need for multiple non-technical personnel to individually handle tasks such as project selection and loading, machine configuration, production statistics, and output setting. It also allows real-time monitoring of each machine’s status and production output, with instant quality alarms for anomalies.

Operators only need to follow status prompts to correctly replace and sort chips, and they cannot view, modify, copy data files, or alter project settings. This not only prevents quality incidents but also ensures data security. For scenarios where R&D teams, factories, or solution providers are geographically separated, remote management is also possible through the system’s dedicated software.


What intellectual property protection mechanisms does the SUPERPRO/IS416N offer?

· Network Management Protection: Provides dynamic protection mechanisms to safeguard intellectual property.

· SD Card Encryption: Requires a password to execute commands defined in project files, with granular permission management and encryption for project files.

· Production Quantity Limitation: When pricing is based on the number of programmed chips and remote operation is not feasible, the total number of chips that can be programmed can be restricted. This limit is set when creating the project file, and the file becomes invalid once the limit is reached. This feature must be used in conjunction with SD card encryption.

The SUPERPRO/IS416N programmer host and main control software are sold at a highly competitive price. Due to the complexity of ISP projects, additional fees may apply for specific project implementations:

3. DLL/API/Command-Line Commands License Fee: Includes software access and implementation consulting, primarily for customers requiring secondary development and system integration.
